Helen Karriem opened the doors to her restaurant in 1988. Helen's Kitchen & Catering is a family-owned and operated business that continues to serve deliciously prepared southern home-style cuisine at affordable prices to the Golden Triangle and surrounding areas.

Helen is known for her salmon croquettes with rice, baked chicken & cornbread dressing, golden fried chicken, peach cobbler, and many more specialty items.
